- Sakhu is an observation-only sanctuary: there is no riding, bathing or direct contact with the elephants.
- Your hotel pick-up time depends on your area; we confirm it when we confirm your booking.
- Please notify us in advance about oversized luggage or hotel changes.
- Illness or accident: Free date change with a valid medical certificate from a Thai doctor or clinic.
